User Account Terms — Arpoador Experience
By creating an account on the Arpoador Experience website or booking engine, the user declares to be aware of the conditions below.
1.Purpose of the account
The account allows the user to be identified and enables functionalities related to enquiries and bookings; management of contracted accommodations; communication related to the booking; customer service; recording of the information necessary to provide the contracted services.
2.Information provided by the user
The user undertakes to provide correct, complete and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and during the making of bookings.
3.Access security
When the system provides a password, access link or other authentication mechanism, the user must keep this information under their responsibility and avoid sharing it with third parties. Activities carried out through their credentials may be associated with the respective account.
4.Use of the account
The account must be used for legitimate purposes related to the services offered by Arpoador Experience. It is not permitted to use the system fraudulently, to attempt to interfere with its operation or to use third-party data without authorization.
5.Data necessary for booking and service
To enable bookings and service, information such as name; contact details; booking-related information; number and profile of guests; booking and communication history; information necessary to process the requested service may be requested. Payment data may be processed by payment service providers used in the checkout.
6.Operational communications
When creating an account or booking, the user may receive communications necessary for the execution of the service, including booking confirmation; payment information; check-in and check-out instructions; changes related to the accommodation; operational support; other messages directly related to the booking made. These operational communications are distinct from promotional or marketing communications.
7.Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data related to the account and bookings must observe the Arpoador Experience Privacy Policy, which must be made available separately on the website. These User Account Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy must detail, among other points, the purposes of processing, sharing, data retention, data subjects’ rights and the channel for requests related to personal data.
8.Third-party data
When the booking holder provides information about companions or third parties, they must do so only when authorized to provide that information for the purpose related to the accommodation.
9.Updating or correcting information
The user may request correction or updating of information through Arpoador Experience’s official customer service channels.
10.Deletion or closure of the account
Requests related to the closure of the account and the processing of personal data must follow the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy and the legal or operational obligations applicable to the retention of certain records.
11.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect operational, technological or regulatory changes. The applicable version will be the one made available on the website at the time the account is used, without prejudice to the specific conditions already contracted in existing bookings.
12.Acceptance
By creating or using their account, the user declares to have read and agreed to these User Account Terms.
